How Is Stumptown Decaf Coffee Made?

We decaffeinate our coffee with the Swiss Water Process, which pulls caffeine out of the green coffee beans with water, osmosis, and an activated charcoal filter. The caffeine goes, and the flavor stays where it belongs. Swiss Water certifies our decaf beans to be 99.9% caffeine free, so you get all the flavor with almost none of the buzz.
